All maintenance services and technical support are handled by our dedicated in-house service department, located at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland. Our own technicians, together with our trusted installation partners, are highly trained AV professionals. All service work is carried out in accordance with current safety standards and the manufacturers’ recommendations. Thanks to our reliable supplier network, spare parts are available quickly, minimizing system downtime.

Our service department is equipped with modern ESD-protected workstations, advanced tools, and professional repair methods, enabling component-level repairs whenever possible. To ensure efficient service and high customer satisfaction, Electro Waves utilizes a comprehensive service management system with integrated digital support processes. Whenever feasible, our customer-first approach is to perform maintenance and repairs directly at the customer’s premises, reducing disruption and shortening turnaround times.

Electro Waves Service Agreement – Support up to 24/7

Our service agreements are designed to ensure regular preventive maintenance and rapid response in the event of equipment failure. Each agreement is tailored to the customer’s AV systems and installed equipment, covering maintenance, support, and lifecycle services for the specified facilities.

The agreement defines response times, service levels, pricing, and all other essential terms to provide predictable, reliable support throughout the lifetime of your AV systems.
